Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed through this store.

Contract

The presentation of goods is not a binding offer. By placing an order you make a binding offer; the contract is concluded when we confirm the order or dispatch the goods.

Prices and payment

All prices are final prices in euro; shipping is added at checkout. Payment is due on ordering. Goods are dispatched from Germany.

What we sell

We sell tropical rainfall shower systems — thermostatic rain shower columns, stainless and stone-look shower panels with body jets, LED rainfall panels, and complete toughened-glass shower cabins from a quadrant to a steam-ready luxury cabin and a premium spa cabin — with the hand-shower sets, linear drains, reinforced hoses, anti-slip mats and head descaler to go with them. Each shower is plumbed by a competent plumber, and any LED, digital or steam model is wired through an RCD by a qualified electrician to the wet-zone rules.

Plumbing, wet-zone wiring & safe temperature

A shower column, panel or cabin is plumbed into a bathroom and must be fitted by a competent plumber, and any model with a digital control, LED or steam feature is an electrical appliance in a wet room — it must be wired through an RCD by a qualified electrician to the wet-zone rules, earthed and bonded, with controls sited out of the wet zone. Set the thermostatic valve to a safe maximum temperature to avoid scalding — take extra care with children and older people. The glass on cabins is toughened safety glass; set a cabin on a sound, level, sealed floor with the drain and waste connected and sealed by the plumber, and check your mains or pump pressure meets the shower's requirement. Shower trays are slippery when wet — use a non-slip mat and take care. CE marked where applicable.
