Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the goods, without giving any reason (§§ 355, 312g German Civil Code, BGB). A clear statement to info@epumlsiratape.store is sufficient. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back.

Goods must be returned complete and, where possible, in their original packaging. A shower or cabin must be returned complete and in its original packaging; a column, panel or cabin that has been fitted, plumbed, wired or sealed in cannot always be returned in a resaleable state. Unused showers, fittings and accessories in original packaging may be returned within the statutory 14-day withdrawal period. Check the dimensions, your wall and floor, your mains or pump pressure and, for LED models, your electrical supply before ordering. The direct cost of returning a heavy item is borne by the customer unless it arrived defective, damaged or incomplete, in which case we put it right.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we confirm the outcome and refund to the original means of payment within 14 days.

Warranty

The statutory warranty (Gewährleistung) applies for 24 months from delivery (§§ 437 ff. BGB). Shower hoses, seals, cartridges, nozzles, LED lamps and glass seals wear with use and are stocked as spares where applicable — this is normal, not a defect; descale rain heads and jets regularly in hard-water areas. Damage or a hazard from a shower plumbed by someone other than a competent plumber, from an LED, digital or steam model wired by someone other than a qualified electrician or not to the wet-zone rules, from a thermostatic valve not set to a safe maximum (scalding), or from a slip on a wet tray without a non-slip mat is not a warranty defect.
