We ship from Germany across Germany, the rest of Europe and worldwide. The exact rate is shown at checkout before you pay, based on the weight of your order.

Showers

Columns, panels and hand-shower sets ship by parcel or on a small pallet; shower cabins and enclosures are heavy and ship on a pallet, the spa cabin palletised in multiple cartons. Delivery is kerbside: the carrier brings it to the nearest accessible door, not fitted. Fix panels to a sound wall and set cabins on a sound, level, sealed floor, plumbed by a competent plumber, with any LED, digital or steam model wired through an RCD by a qualified electrician to the wet-zone rules. Hand showers, drains, hoses, mats and descaler ship by parcel.

Times

Orders leave us within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days within Germany, 4–10 business days to the rest of Europe and 7–20 business days further afield. Pallet shipments are booked with a freight carrier who calls ahead; allow 5–15 business days.

Customs

Goods are dispatched from Germany. For deliveries outside the EU, any import duty, VAT or clearance fee in the destination country is payable by the recipient.

Damage in transit

Check the packaging before you sign for it, note any damage on the carrier's paperwork and photograph it — that is what makes a claim straightforward.
